Pricing FAQ
Is MobileForm free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 3 forms or form groups and 50 submissions per month, with offline form filling, photo fields, GPS fields, signatures, and PDF export.
How does MobileForm billing work?
Pro is billed per user. Team is a flat rate in this release: the owner and invited admins are included, and field techs receive assignments free. Per-seat billing for additional admins beyond a baseline allowance is planned for a future release.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from the billing portal anytime. You'll keep access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is not deleted. On the Free plan, you can still view previous submissions, but you can't create new forms beyond the free plan limit.
Does MobileForm really work offline?
Yes. Forms opened while online are cached on the device, so field workers can fill them out with no signal. Submissions are stored locally and upload automatically when the device reconnects.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within 14 days, contact support for a full refund.
