Terms of Service.

Last updated · May 24, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MobileForm (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when you sign up. You are responsible for any activity that happens under your account. Keep your sign-in email secure — anyone with access to that inbox can sign in via magic link.

You must be at least 16 years old to use MobileForm. If you create an account on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of the forms you create and the submissions you collect (“Your Content”). You grant MobileForm a limited licence to store, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service for you.

You are responsible for Your Content, including its legality and any consents you need from the people whose data you collect through your forms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Break any law or violate anyone's rights.
  • Collect data deceptively or without the consent required by applicable privacy law (UK GDPR, GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
  • Send spam, phishing attempts, or malware through forms or emails.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or attempt to bypass usage limits or security controls.
  • Use the Service to handle special-category personal data (eg. health, biometric, government IDs) without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel from your account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals; we do not prorate refunds for the unused portion of a paid period unless required by law.

We may change prices for future billing periods with at least 14 days' notice by email. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

Failed payments may result in your account being downgraded to the free tier or, after a reasonable grace period, suspended.

Free tier and fair use

MobileForm offers a free tier with usage limits. We may apply fair-use limits to protect the Service for everyone — for example, on storage, sync volume, or unusual API patterns. We will notify you before enforcing any limit that affects your workflow.

Service availability

We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is designed to work offline; your forms and submissions remain available on your device even when our servers are not.

We may release updates, change features, or temporarily suspend parts of the Service for maintenance or to address security issues.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, if your activity poses a security or legal risk, or if your account remains inactive for an extended period.

On termination, we will delete your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your form data before deleting your account.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

MobileForm is a tool. You are responsible for the workflows you build with it and for the regulatory or contractual requirements of your industry (eg. construction QC, food safety, healthcare).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobileForm's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid to MobileForm in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) £100.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (eg. fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
