Can stages run on different devices?

Yes. Weighbridge can run on a gate tablet, contamination check on a floor inspector’s phone, lab analysis on a lab phone, production approval on a manager’s phone or laptop, supplier sign-off on whichever device is in front of the supplier rep. Each stage opens on whatever device the assigned user picks up.

What happens if signal drops on the dock?

Stages keep working offline. The form, photos, GPS, and signatures all capture without a connection. The stage queues locally and uploads automatically when the device reconnects. The next stage unlocks once the upload succeeds.

Does the bundled PDF satisfy UK PPT and EU EuCertPlast evidence?

The PDF contains time-stamped submissions for every stage, photo evidence with GPS, all five signatures, and a tamper-evident audit footer. UK PPT recycled-content claims, UK EPR reporting, and EuCertPlast / RecyClass audits all accept this as primary chain-of-custody evidence.

Can we customize the stages for a different feedstock or process?

Yes. The 5-stage flow shown here is the default for polymer recyclers; you can add, remove, rename, or reorder stages, and change which fields each stage requires. The locked-order behaviour stays — only the contents change.

Who needs to sign which stage?

Default: weighbridge operator (stage 1), floor inspector (stage 2), lab technician (stage 3), production manager (stage 4), and supplier representative (stage 5). You can change which roles sign which stages, and add more roles if your process requires it.

How does pricing work for a recycling operation?

Free for the first 3 forms or form groups and 50 submissions per month — enough to pilot one lot. Pro is $15 per user per month annually with unlimited forms, photos, line items, branded PDFs, and Sheets sync. Team is $42 per month flat: owner and admins included, unlimited field operators receive assigned work without per-seat billing.
