  1. Open Results and tap a submission.
  2. Tap PDF. The report downloads to your device.

Tap Excel instead for a spreadsheet of the same submission.

What's in the report

  • The form title, plus your company name and logo with custom PDF branding (Pro)
  • When it was submitted, a reference number, and who submitted it when that is recorded
  • Completion time, when recorded
  • Every answer that was shown on the form. Fields hidden by conditional rules are left out.
  • Photos, with captions showing when and where they were taken, when recorded
  • GPS coordinates, ratings, and line items with totals
  • Signatures, each above a signature line

Email PDFs automatically

In the form builder, open After submission and turn on Email PDF on submit. Enter up to 10 addresses. Each new submission's PDF is emailed to them.

Tips

  • Reports with many photos are larger files and take longer to generate.
