Add MobileForm to your home screen

Safari can delete saved data for websites you haven't opened in a while, which can include unsynced drafts. The home screen app is not affected.

  1. Open mobileform.app in Safari.
  2. Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
  3. Always open MobileForm from the home screen icon.

The home screen app has its own storage

Only your sign-in carries over from Safari. Finish or sync drafts and submissions in Safari before switching. Don't delete and re-add the home screen app while it has unsynced work: deleting it deletes that data.

Camera access

If the camera doesn't open:

  1. Open the Settings app and go to Safari, then Camera.
  2. Choose Allow or Ask.

Location access

If a GPS Location field says location is blocked, follow the steps it shows for your device.

GPS accuracy

  • Be outdoors with a clear view of the sky.
  • Wait a few seconds before tapping Capture GPS Location.
