Edit a form

  1. Open Forms.
  2. Tap Edit next to the form.
  3. Add, remove, rename, or reorder fields.
  4. Tap Save.

Reorder fields

Use the up and down arrows on each field to move it.

Remove a field

Tap the trash icon on the field.

Preview a form

Tap Preview to try the form the way a field worker sees it.

Duplicate or delete a form

In Forms, open the form's menu (three dots) and choose Duplicate or Delete.

Note: Editing a form changes it for new submissions. Answers already submitted stay saved.
