MobileForm has 19 field types for collecting answers, plus Section Header and Paragraph for organizing a form.

Tips
- GPS Location is captured when the worker taps Capture GPS Location. Accuracy is shown in meters.
- Photo opens the rear camera. Choose from library adds a photo taken earlier. Free allows 3 photos per field and 5 per submission; Pro and Team allow 10 per field and 20 per submission.
- Line Items add up totals and support tax and currency. On Pro, an inventory catalog fills in saved descriptions, quantities, and prices.
- Calculation supports +, -, *, /, and parentheses, and can use earlier number, rating, line item total, or calculation fields.
- Signature fields can be required or optional. See Collecting signatures.
- Any field or section can appear only when an earlier answer calls for it. See Conditional fields.
