Get from an empty account to a finished report in a few minutes.

Step 1: Create a form

  1. Open Forms and tap New.
  2. Choose how to start: Start from a paper form, Start blank, or a template.
  3. Enter a form title, for example "Site inspection".
  4. Tap Add Field and choose a field type, such as Short Text, Photo, GPS Location, or Signature.
  5. Check Required on fields that must be answered.
  6. Tap Save.

Step 2: Fill it out

  1. Open Forms and tap Fill next to your form.
  2. Answer each field: take photos, capture GPS, and collect signatures.
  3. Tap Submit Form.

Your progress is saved on the device as you go. To stop and finish later, tap Save as Draft.

Step 3: Review and export

  1. Open Results to see your submissions.
  2. Tap a submission.
  3. Tap PDF to download a report, or Excel for a spreadsheet.

Step 4: Prepare for no signal

Before heading somewhere without coverage, open the Dashboard while online and tap Go Offline. When it says Ready for offline, your forms are cached on the device. See Using MobileForm offline.
